الإرجاع والاستبدال | Returns & Exchanges

* يمكن طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
    Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
* يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية مع التغليف الكامل.
    The product must be unused and in its original condition with full packaging.
* المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة غير قابلة للإرجاع لأسباب صحية.
    Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

المنتجات التالفة أو الخطأ | Damaged or Incorrect Items

* في حال وصول منتج تالف أو طلب خاطئ، يرجى التواصل خلال 48 ساعة مع إرفاق صورة.
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo.

استرداد المبلغ | Refunds

* يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 5–10 أيام عمل بعد استلام وفحص المنتج.
    Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
* رسوم الشحن غير مستردة، ويتحمل العميل تكلفة الإرجاع (إلا في حال الخطأ من طرفنا).
    Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the error is from our side).
